You must be at least 18 years old to register, deposit or bet on Capri Game. This is a firm rule with no exceptions. Deposits & Payments

Capri Game accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion or hidden charges.

The minimum deposit at Capri Game is Rs 200. This applies across all payment methods including Easypaisa and JazzCash. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though individual payment providers may have their own daily transfer limits which are outside Capri Game's control.

Capri Game does not charge any fee on deposits. The amount you send from your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account is the exact amount that lands in your gaming balance. Note that some banks and mobile wallet providers may charge their own transfer fees, which are set by the payment provider and are outside Capri Game's control.

First, wait five minutes – occasional processing delays can occur during high-traffic periods. If your balance has still not updated, contact the Capri Game support team via live chat or at support@caprigame.ws and provide your transaction reference number or screenshot from your payment app. The team will trace the payment and credit your account manually if it has been confirmed at the payment provider's end.

Withdrawals

Log in to your Capri Game account, go to the Wallet or Cashier section of your dashboard, select "Withdraw" and choose your preferred method. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, confirm the destination account details and submit. You will receive an SMS or email confirmation once the withdrawal is processed. For first-time withdrawals, CNIC verification may be required.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers via IBFT usually arrive within two business hours during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing. Card withdrawals follow the standard bank processing timeline of 3–5 business days.

The minimum withdrawal at Capri Game is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal amount set by the platform, though individual payment providers may have daily transfer limits. If you need to withdraw a large amount, contact the support team who can advise on the best method for your requirements.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal taking longer than usual are: pending identity verification (CNIC check for first-time withdrawals), a pending wagering requirement on an active bonus, or high platform traffic during peak hours. Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus at Capri Game is applied automatically to your first qualifying deposit. You do not need to enter a promo code or contact support. A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain total amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 5,000 before that bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Your current wagering progress is always visible in the Bonus Centre section of your account dashboard.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement attached to that bonus has been fully completed. Your real-money balance (from deposits and winnings on real money bets) is always withdrawable at any time, regardless of any active bonus. If you want to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings from it will be removed from your account.

Log in to your Capri Game account and go to the Bonus Centre from your dashboard. This section shows all your active bonuses with current wagering progress, any available promotional offers you are eligible for and the expiry date of each bonus. You can also opt out of specific bonuses from this page if you prefer to play without bonus funds attached.
