Capri Game Terms and Conditions – Player Agreement

1Eligibility

To create an account and use Capri Game, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Capri Game is an adults-only platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing or placing any bet. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded or banned from Capri Game under a previous account suspension or voluntary self-exclusion request.
• You must provide true, accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep that information current at all times.

Capri Game may request identity verification documents at any stage. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active Capri Game account. If you already have an account – whether currently active, suspended or previously closed – you are not permitted to open a new one without prior written approval from the Capri Game support team.

When registering you agree to:

• Provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that you personally own and control, to be used for account verification and security notifications.
• Choose a password that is unique to your Capri Game account and not used for any other service. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Notify Capri Game immediately at support@caprigame.ws if you suspect your account has been accessed by anyone else.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person. Bets placed using your account credentials are your responsibility regardless of who placed them.

Capri Game reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to give a reason. Accounts registered using automated processes, bots or proxy services will be closed immediately.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Capri Game are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. IBFT transfers are processed within 2 business hours during banking hours. VIP Gold and above players receive priority processing.
• Platform fees: Capri Game does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply standard transfer charges.
• Anti-money laundering: All deposits and withdrawals are subject to AML monitoring. Capri Game may request source of funds documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation will pause the withdrawal pending review.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback while funds are active in your Capri Game wallet constitutes a breach of these terms. Accounts subject to a chargeback claim will be suspended pending investigation and any outstanding balance may be withheld.

Capri Game reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal at its discretion. This is a protective measure for your account and does not imply any wrongdoing.

4Bonuses and Promotions

Capri Game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms published with the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirement (e.g., 20× the bonus amount) is stated clearly with each offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Each promotion specifies eligible game categories.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account along with any winnings derived solely from that bonus.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or using strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk constitute bonus abuse. Capri Game will void any winnings arising from abuse and may close the account permanently.
• One welcome bonus per household: Welcome bonuses are limited to one per household, device and IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in the duplicate bonus being cancelled.
• VIP rewards: Points accumulated through the Capri Game VIP programme and tier-specific benefits are subject to the VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page.

Capri Game reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will not be disadvantaged by mid-campaign changes to eligibility rules, but future promotions are not guaranteed.

5Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on Capri Game operate under published rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules for any game before wagering. Game rules are available on the relevant game pages of the platform.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be declared void if it cannot be fairly completed and all stakes will be returned to the players involved. Capri Game's determination of technical fault outcomes is final.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Capri Game and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, Ludo or any multi-player game.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors. Any winnings generated through a known error must be returned. Capri Game will void bets placed at clearly incorrect prices.
• Using a VPN, proxy service or other means to conceal your true location or identity during play.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform in any form.
• Sharing your account with another person or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Making threats, abusive communications or harassment directed at Capri Game staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape data from or interfere with any part of the Capri Game platform.

Capri Game monitors all activity on the platform for prohibited behaviour. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be suspended without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. The outcome of all investigations is at the sole discretion of Capri Game.

7Responsible Gaming

Capri Game is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable activity and take seriously our responsibility to help players who may be experiencing difficulty.

The following tools are available to all registered players through account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Takes effect immediately when set.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period. When the limit is reached, further bets are paused for the remainder of that period.
• Session time limits: Receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play, prompting you to take a break.
• Reality checks: Regular on-screen reminders showing your net win/loss position for the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the Capri Game platform – including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game design, data feeds, audio and video – is the intellectual property of Capri Game or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform's content.
• Use the Capri Game name, logo or branding in any commercial context without written permission.
• Create derivative works based on platform content.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any breach of intellectual property rights may result in account termination and legal action. The Capri Game name and logo are trademarks of the operating company and may not be used without explicit written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

Capri Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates correctly and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance or that the platform will be available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Capri Game's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Capri Game is not liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue or data arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on incorrect or incomplete information displayed due to a technical fault.
• Loss or damage caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers or mobile network operators.
• Events outside Capri Game's reasonable control, including power failures, network outages or force majeure events.

Nothing in these terms limits Capri Game's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Account Suspension and Closure

Capri Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances, with or without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification or source of funds documentation within a reasonable time period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months. Before closure, the player will be notified by email with at least 30 days' notice to withdraw any remaining balance.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Legal obligation to do so arising from court order, regulatory requirement or law enforcement request.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the wallet will be held but not accessible until the investigation concludes. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of terms, Capri Game may retain any balance as a penalty proportional to the breach, in accordance with applicable law. Any balance retained will be documented and the player notified by email.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact support@caprigame.ws. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

11Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of Capri Game – a bet settlement, a transaction, a bonus outcome or any other matter – please follow this process:

• Step 1: Contact the Capri Game support team via live chat or email at support@caprigame.ws. Provide your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of the issue.
• Step 2: The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request escalation to a senior review. Senior reviews are completed within 10 business days.
• Step 4: If the matter remains unresolved after senior review, the dispute may be referred to formal mediation under the terms agreed at account registration.

Game outcomes determined by a certified RNG or provably fair algorithm are final and cannot be reversed on the grounds of dissatisfaction with the outcome. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the disputed event. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

Capri Game's decision on all complaint outcomes is final pending any formal mediation process.

12Privacy

Capri Game collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your data at Capri Game:

• Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
• Your data is never sold to third-party advertisers or marketing companies.
• Data may be shared with payment processors for transaction verification and with law enforcement where legally required.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by Capri Game and to request correction of inaccurate data.

13Changes to These Terms

Capri Game may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified by email to their registered address and by an in-platform notice displayed on next login. The updated terms will specify the date they take effect.

If you do not agree with a revised version of the terms, you should close your account before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use the Capri Game platform after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Minor corrections such as spelling fixes, formatting changes or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms will be made without specific notification, though the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
